Cancellation Policy

Elly Miller - Shire Massage Therapy's aim is always to be punctual. Should you arrive late for your appointment we will do our best to provide you with your full treatment time but in some situations appointments will need to be rescheduled or treatment time reduced. Please contact the day before should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Regular cancellations or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
